As of the last reading taken on Oct. 17, the Bear Creek Reservoir remains approximately 14.9 ft below full pool. For 2007, the precipitation deficit is approximately 16.5 inches.

It is far, far better than having standing water on your threat matrix, though. On my commute, there are three places where water leaks from cracks in the road.
Maybe we should just build big cisterns down here, and sell the rainwater to Georgia....
