Game Two
The Rockies proved they have plenty of fight left in them, but the Red Sox used three dominating pitching performances to eke out a 2-1 win.
I said this was a must-win game, and I think it was. Coors Field offers a different challenge for Boston as not only to the Rockies play ridiculously well at home, but the outfield is so vast it's going to present some defensive challenges for us. Plus, who sits? David Ortiz or Kevin Youkilis?

Up two-games-to-zip, I keep Youks' hot bat in the lineup and try to steal one with Papi on the bench. Either way, you're going to have one helluva late game pinch-hitting option.
I know I give Schilling a lot of crap but the guy's a pure stud out there on the hill. I really admire how he has made adjustments in his approach to compensate for his declining physical skills.
And Okajima was just sick last night. Sick, sick, sick. At this point, I'll be shocked if it's not a sweep.
No way. The Rockies are too good, and Coors Field is too challenging.
The Red Sox may win it, but I think Colorado takes at least two in Denver.
Nice Vince Dooley impression. :)
I would sit Youkilis. He will freeze to death in Denver with the amount of sweat he seems to generate under his batting helmet.
The different fields and how the game changes is why I love baseball over the other big pro sports. It allows for a completely different skill set be developed.
I like the Rockies at home - two maybe three. But I think your Sox will wrap it up at home in the friend confines of the Green Monster.
I fear Manny being lost in the massive Coors outfield. Let's just hope Coco's leg gets healthy, because the defensively an Ellsbury-Crisp-Drew outfield is nails.
