Listen, I'm perfectly willing to listen to reasonable explanations why Obama might need to wait a few years to run for president (for what it's worth, I disagree with that assessment), but simply saying that he's not channelling Sam Nunn is flat-out absurd.

While Shipp still occasionally makes some good points, I agree that some time in the past year he bought a one way ticket to crazy town. Reading his columns is like watching a good friend turn into Andy Rooney in front of your eyes, I can't stop it but I can't turn away.
