Smith doing Richardson's dirty work?

Bob Smith may be a nice enough guy - and, by all accounts, I hear he is - but if he's taking marching orders from Glenn Richardson and doling out punishment for opposing the Speaker's insane tax scheme then something's terribly wrong.

The Glenn Tax was a disasterous idea last year, and the folks who stood up to on both sides of the aisle deserve a pat on the back. If Smith's casting his lot with Richardson and the 'no local control' crowd, then that's too bad.
