Not that Terry England is particularly great -- he's the one who claimed that ACC was determining its water restrictions last summer by just "sending Joe to dip his toe in the creek to see how deept it is" and that, consequently, the State needed to step in and limit local govt powers in this regard. Cowsert, btw, voted for that bill!
PS: "deept" should be "deep" :-)
